ATTORNEY PROFILE: Bobby Padgett

Bobby Padgett serves as of counsel to our firm.Mr. Padgett received his Bachelor of Arts from Austin College, in Sherman, Texas, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Padgett has been practicing law since 1992, and is licensed in both Texas and California, practicing in all state and many federal courts.

During his career, Mr. Padgett has served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Contra Costa County, California, and as a Deputy District Attorney in Bexar County, Texas. During his tenure in public service, he worked extensively with the White Collar Crime Unit of the Bexar County District Attorney's Office prosecuting employee theft and fiduciary misappropriation cases.

Since leaving public service, Mr. Padgett has represented public and private sector clients in litigation involving employment, construction, products liability, business and contract disputes. Mr. Padgett is a skilled litigator with extensive experience handling cases from concept to presentation before a judge or jury.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Padgett has extensive mediation experience and has drafted and argued several appellate cases before various Courts of Appeal in Texas.
