ATTORNEY PROFILE: Jennifer Cayot (associate)

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. After completing her under graduate studies, Jennifer worked for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). At TxDOT, Jennifer oversaw the cement and concrete chemical analysis laboratory and acted as project engineer for a major highway project.

In 2008, Jennifer completed law school at Southern Methodist University where she received a Juris Doctorate. Jennifer graduated cum laude from law school and was a staff editor for the International Law Review Association.

As a law student, Ms. Cayot clerked at Sidley Austin, LLP and Slater & Matsil, LP - focusing on intellectual property matters including US Patent and Trademark Office filings and patent litigation.

Jennifer joined our team in 2008. Her practice is primarily focused in business litigation and trust and estate matters.
