Richard Huettl serves as counsel to our firm. Richard resides in Orange County, California where he leads a firm bearing his name. Richard focuses on estate planning, trust administration, asset protection, probate, and special needs trust law. He possesses a unique ability to formulate highly creative solutions to assist our clients in formulating estate and asset protection plans to minimize our client’s exposure to lawsuits, reduce business taxes, and estate taxes (death taxes).

Richard is a graduate of Chapman University School of Law where he earned national honors in numerous ABA competitions. He is licensed to practice law in California, South Dakota, and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the California State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, South Dakota Bar Association, U.S. District Court, Central District of California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Wealth Counsel®.
