Biography
Richard resides in Orange County, California where he leads a firm bearing his name. Richard focuses on estate planning, trust administration, asset protection, probate, and special needs trust law. He possesses a unique ability to formulate highly creative solutions to assist our clients in formulating estate and asset protection plans to minimize our client's exposure to lawsuits, reduce business taxes, and estate taxes.
