ATTORNEY PROFILE: Tracy Kempf

Ms. Kempf received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Justice and Political Science at St. Mary's University. She attended law school at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

After graduating law school Ms. Kempf became an associate attorney for a Dallas firm specializing in complex trust and estate matters. She later accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney in the Denton County District Attorney's office, where she maintained a heavy caseload prosecuting a wide variety of civil and criminal cases.

Ms. Kempf brings extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal law and is experienced in handling a variety of trust and estate matters. Ms. Kempf possesses strong transactional and litigation skills and is a vital member of the firm. Ms. Kempf has recently been admitted into the United States Northern District of Texas.
